We aim to process all orders within 1-3 working days. Please allow additional time for orders placed during sale periods or holidays.

UK Mainland Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): FREE on all orders.
  • Express Delivery (2-3 working days): £4.99.

International Delivery

We are pleased to offer international delivery to a wide range of countries. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on the destination. These options and associated charges will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

Please note that any customs or import duties levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. We advise checking with your local customs office for more information.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return items to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return an Item

  1. Please initiate your return through our online returns portal on our website.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions and a returns authorisation.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely, include any documentation, and post them back to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Alternatively, if you requested an exchange, we will dispatch the new item once the return is received.

Please allow time for the return parcel to reach us and for the refund/exchange to be processed. You will receive a notification email once your return has been completed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty. These include, but are not limited to, items such as personalised goods or pierced jewellery.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund and provide guidance on returning the faulty product.
